Wellbeing Hub & Café Launch Day
On the 'May Day' Bank Holiday Monday, PUYE will be offering our services at the launch of a new community wellbeing hub in West Bromwich, where we will be giving ear seed treatments throughout the afternoon.

Recovery Near You & Aquarius
The Wellbeing day at the recovery hub in Wolverhampton was fantastic. There were yoga sessions, head massage, fresh smoothies/ juice, and even free haircuts! We had a volunteer team of three, with Dal, Lisa, and Pom, who got stuck in and between us we gave thirty free treatments with ear seeds.
Gambling Harms Conference
On 24th March we were at Edgbaston County Cricket Ground for the Aquarius Gambling Harms Conference, introducing acutherapy to fifteen delegates with the NADA protocol.
International Women's Day
On 10th March, free acutherapy treatments were given to thirty-seven people at the wellbeing event for Sandwell Council staff, we were so busy we didn't take any photos!
PUYE Acutherapy Seeds Training
In the first week of March, eight people attended the Introduction to Acutherapy course at The Warehouse in Birmingham City Centre.
NADA Training at Woodbrooke
Over the first weekend in March, PUYE and MTAT delivered the NADA Acupuncture Protocol training with four new practitioners.

Prick Up Your Ears C.I.C. is on a mission to bring the benefits of ear acutherapy to those who need it most, and we need your help. Since our launch in April 2025, we’ve attended 30 community events, providing over 500 free ear-seed treatments to individuals for overall wellbeing and various health issues. These treatments are often inaccessible to many, as they’re typically offered only through private channels or limited to drug and alcohol services.
With your support through our GoFundMe page we can continue our voluntary activities and expand our reach. We are applying for funding to set up regular sessions in multiple locations, but every small donation makes a difference. Please share our cause or contribute if you can.
